Privacy policy

We collect only what is needed to deliver an order, and nothing else.

What we collect

• Name, delivery address, email: to fulfil the order.
• Order history: for after-sales service and our accounting obligations.
• No card data: payment is handled by Stripe, which receives that information directly.

Who receives it

• Stripe, for payment.
• Prodigi, for printing and shipping: name and delivery address only.
• The carrier appointed by the workshop.
• Google, for traffic measurement, only if you accepted trackers. The data may be processed outside the European Union, under standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Order data is kept for ten years under accounting obligations. A newsletter subscription is kept until you unsubscribe.

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection: write to contact@maison-soleil.shop. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Cookies

No advertising cookies. Google Analytics is loaded only after you agree, with the IP address anonymised. The detail is on the Cookies page.
