Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is a metallic foil print?

The image is printed on 350gsm metallic foil, gold or silver, not on white paper. Wherever the work is light the foil shows through, so the light comes from the material.

Are the works free of rights?

Yes. They come from the open access programmes of the Art Institute of Chicago and the Cleveland Museum of Art, under CC0: public domain, commercial reuse included.

What sizes and prices?

Four sizes, delivery included: 30 × 40 cm at 109 €, 40 × 50 cm at 135 €, 50 × 70 cm at 165 €, 75 × 100 cm at 259 €. Outside the euro area prices are in dollars.

How long does delivery take?

Five working days on average: two to three in production, two to three in transit, tracked.

Why are some works unavailable in the large size?

Because the museum file does not allow it. Each work is offered only in the sizes it holds at 150 DPI or better, rather than sold soft.

Can I return a piece?

Yes, fourteen days from delivery, no reason needed. Prints are chosen from a catalogue in standard sizes, so they are not personalised goods in the legal sense.

Is the frame included?

Yes: the print, the classic frame in one of eight finishes, the acrylic glaze and the fixing. It arrives mounted, ready to hang.
