Shipping and returns

Every piece is printed and framed to order in a European workshop.

Lead time

• Production: two to three working days.
• Transit: two to three working days in France and Western Europe.
• So five working days on average, with tracking sent by email.

Shipping cost

Delivery is included in the displayed price, in every country we ship to. Nothing is added at checkout, and there is no minimum order.

We ship to 29 countries from our European workshops:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden — plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the United States.

Packaging

Framed pieces travel flat, corner-protected, under shatterproof acrylic. That is why we do not use mineral glass.

Right of withdrawal

You have fourteen days from delivery to change your mind, with no reason required. Write to us and we will explain how to proceed. Return postage is at your expense, and the refund is issued within fourteen days of our receiving the return.

Prints are chosen from a catalogue in standard sizes, so they are not treated as personalised goods and the withdrawal right applies in full.

Damage or fault

If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photograph within forty-eight hours: it is remade and reshipped at our expense. The two-year legal guarantee of conformity applies in addition.

Outside the European Union

We ship to more than two hundred destinations. Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
